We want you to be satisfied with every Metal Key Bookmark you purchase. If the item you received is faulty or does not meet your expectations, please refer to the return policy below:
1. Return conditions
The item must be unused, undamaged, and packaged intact;
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item;
Customized items (such as engraving or exclusive designs) will not be accepted for return unless there is a quality problem;
Please submit a request through the official customer service and obtain confirmation before returning the item.
2. Non-returnable situations
The item has been obviously used or damaged;
Unable to provide an order number or proof of purchase;
Out of the return application time range;
Customized products have no quality problems.
3. Return process
Contact customer service at basepylon@literarykeys.com, explain the reason for the return and attach relevant photos (if applicable);
Wait for customer service to review and provide return instructions;
Pack the item securely and send it back as required;
After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the original payment method (excluding the original shipping fee, unless it is due to quality problems).
4. Shipping fee
If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the shipping fee;
For returns not due to quality reasons (such as personal preference), the shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
5. Exchange service
If you want to exchange or replace defective goods, please state the exchange requirements when contacting customer service, and we will try our best to assist in arranging.
